A Mental Health Moment:
From Michael Tozzoli, Executive Director of West Bergen Mental Healthcare
Today's concrete suggestion: A slight change in focus for today, I am challenging us to take a deep breath and reflect on one thing we have LEARNED about ourselves through these days. Are you a bit stronger than you thought? Did you help a neighbor that you would have ordinarily driven past on the street? Are you able to work a bit more effectively from home than you thought you would be able to? Learning about ourselves in a time of crisis helps to add some value to it and to our shared experience. It reminds us that we may just be a bit stronger than we believed before the crisis.
Please...stay safe out there! Especially if you are over 70!
